QuB Connect

Your windows, ready in a few steps.

Use this quick guide to join your home, move a window, and set up everyday controls.

Install and get access

  1. Install QuB Connect, then sign up or sign in.
  2. If your installer or owner already set up the home, open their invitation.
  3. Follow the invitation to sign in and join. Link and QR invitations show Join as Guest or Join as Admin; email invitations show Join home. Do not create a duplicate home.

Set up a new home

Owners: on Home, tap +, then Add Home. Next, tap + → Add Window and follow setup.

During scanning, hold your phone over the bottom window sill and wait for confirmation that the window was detected. Enter Wi‑Fi details, stay nearby for Bluetooth, and wait until the window shows Online before its first move.

Move and secure a window

  1. On Home, tap a window to expand it.
  2. Drag the slider to the opening you want, then release.
  3. Wait for the slider check. It marks a device-confirmed position.
  4. Tap Lock or Unlock. Locking an open window first closes it. Wait for Locked confirmation.

Create and control a group

Owners or admins tap + → Add Group, name the group, and select its windows. To share home access, open Settings → Users, tap +, and send the invitation.

On Home, expand Control All Windows. Choose Quiet or Fast, then Together or One at a time. Use the group slider or tap Lock / Unlock.

Set a schedule or weather rule

Automate

  1. Under Schedules & rules, select Home, Groups, or Windows, then choose the target.
  2. Tap +, then Time automation or Weather automation.
  3. Set days and time, or weather conditions, then choose the action.
  4. Review the rule and tap Create Automation.

Weather rules need your city: Settings → Location.

Set up Climate Sync

Automate → Climate Sync → Manage

Climate Sync uses outdoor weather and your preferences to help keep your home comfortable.

  1. Read Introduction.
  2. Set your preferred temperatures under Comfort targets.
  3. Review wind and safety settings under Limits.
  4. Choose the opening percentage under Opening.
  5. Select the windows Climate Sync may control under Windows.
  6. Check Review, then tap Save.

Know the essentials

Wi‑Fi

Owners open Settings → Configure Wi‑Fi. Stay near the windows and wait for Online. “Connecting to cloud” is not finished.

Bluetooth

For nearby control, enable Bluetooth and allow permission. Expand a window and choose its Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth connection control.

History & help

Use window options → History for recent moves. Open Help → Tours to replay guidance without moving windows.
